What is the turn-around time for a Print job?

Turn-around times vary depending on the size and complexity of the job. Most jobs can be completed within 5-7 business days but please contact us with your specific project requirements to get an estimate.

Are there any minimum order quantities for print jobs?

Generally no, although some projects may require minimums based on cost considerations and production limitations. Please contact us with details about your project so that we can provide you with a quote and any necessary information about minimums for each product type.

Can I have my order shipped internationally?

We do ship worldwide – additional costs may apply based on international destination, package weight, and item value which will be reflected during checkout when selecting an international address as your shipping destination.

We accept most standard file types (such as JPGs, PNGs, PSDs) as well as vector formats like AI or EPS files. If you’re unsure if a format is suitable to print from please get in touch with us and we will be able to advise further.

Our designers are here to help guide you through the process but here are few key tips that could help ensure successful implementation of your design into production – keep artwork designs at least a 2mm away from trim lines; use high resolution images; make sure all fonts are outlined; include bleed margins wherever necessary; and save files as CMYK color space.
